Tupac Shakur Remembered

Yesterday was the anniversary of the death of one of greatest of the time, Mr. Tupac Amaru Shakur.

“I’m not saying I’m gonna change the world. but I guarantee that I will spark the brain that will change the world.”

I remember when I first started listening to rap back in the early 2000’s, Pac was one of the first artist that I really got into. All Eyez on Me was the first CD’s I had and it rarely ever left my CD player. In high school, I was all about the party jams from him, listening to tracks such as Late Night, 2 of America’z Most Wanted, I Get Around, Thug Passion etc. As I got out of high school and grew up a little bit, I started really liking his deep stuff such as Dear Mama, Brenda’s Got a Baby, Keep Ya Head Up, Better Dayz, etc. It was great to see how versatile he could be, going from not giving a F and being wild on Hit ’em Up to the complete opposite  on Baby Don’t Cry. Even to this day, I still listen to some Pac everyday.

Here are some of my all time favorite from Tupac:

Staring Through My Rearview

Baby Don’t Cry

Bury Me a G

Wonder Why They Call U Bitch

Letter to My Unborn
